How to see how many vacation days taken and left

Managers can see their employee vacation balance in the user profile. You just need to open the bot on the Messages tab and type in @user profile (use the name of your employee instead, say, @Nick profile).

Please, make sure you set the vacation limit beforehand. You need to read the numbers in the Counters section as follows:

1. the first one shows the total number of time off including weekends, holidays, the types of time off related to business trips, illness, etc., and doesn't affect employee vacation balance.
2. the second one shows the vacation days only.
